The time period of each stage can be sooner than expressed. The important thing to note is that the whole process must be completed within 8 weeks from the date of option. If there is any postponement in the process, written request must be submitted to the developer and is subjected to approval.

Upon the payment of the initial 20% of the property by the customer, whatever is left, that is the 80% payment will be added in progressive scheme. For buyers that take 80% loan from a bank, the money will be disbursed by the bank to the developer in various phases.
